Who we are

Autrady is provided by Autrady EOOD ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

What Autrady is, and what it isn't

Autrady is research software. It tests the historical evidence behind trading signals and strategies and reports whether that evidence holds up after costs. It is not investment advice. We are not a broker, we don't manage money and we don't place trades. Past results, real or simulated, don't predict future returns. Every investment decision is yours.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. An account is for one person. Keep your Google account secure, because anyone who can use it can use your Autrady account.

Free trial

Your first 14 days from sign-up are free, and we don't ask for a card. When the trial ends, the paid features need a subscription. Your account and files stay until you delete them.

Subscription and payment

• The plan costs €19 a month, VAT included. Stripe takes the payment in advance for each month.
• If you subscribe during your free trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
• The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
• If we change the price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time under Billing, in the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and no further payments are taken.

Refunds and your right to withdraw

If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. This covers the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU have. Apart from that, payments for months that have started aren't refunded, unless the law requires it.

Fair use

Don't use Autrady to break the law, upload files you have no right to use, try to reach other users' data, disrupt or overload the service, scrape it or access it by automated means other than the features we provide, or resell access to it.

Your content

You own the files you upload and the results you create. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you. We don't publish or share them. You can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.

Our service

The software, the site and their content belong to us. While your account is active, you may use them for your own research. We run the service on our own server and work to keep it available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we ever close the service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any month you've paid for but can't use.

Liability

Autrady gives research information, not advice, so we aren't liable for trading or investment losses or for decisions you make using it. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability the law doesn't allow us to limit. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms. Where it's reasonable, we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.

Changes to these terms

If we make a change that matters, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts in Varna, Bulgaria, have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Consumers can also use the conciliation committees of the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).
